One of the most powerful entities in a school and/or business that is paramount in its future success is that of developing a strong culture. Culture is the the moral fiber necessary whether you are in year one or year fifty of any company. As Lt. General George Flynn shares in today’s quote that it is through moral values and behavior that a strong culture is formed. Both of these must be worked hard on each and every day.
Values are the those things that we believe in and are those drivers of the work we do. Behavior in how we conduct ourselves in the work environment is crucial as it is important that we are encourager and not a discourager. A positive culture allows for an organization to thrive and it is up to us to do our part in ensuring that it is environment that benefits all who work within it.
