We have a lot of things in our lives that have a tendency to guide us: our conscious, our morals/values or even those that lead us. There are however two innate things that truly are the most powerful as Steve Jobs mentions in today’s quote that serve more so as a predictor for whom we are destined to become: what is within our heart and our own intuition. When we take the time to recognize this and learn to lean on these more, we will know what we truly desire out of life.
Have you ever taken the time to reflect on where you currently are and what you heart tells you what you should do? Do you take that leap of faith and go for the promotion or start on a new career pathway or have you taken the time to truly find out what your true calling is? I think we in fact are our own best resource and one that is often overlooked due to us always looking outside our own back window so to speak. Sometimes our answers to our problems when we feel lost or confused come from within. Trust the process. Trust yourself.
