“Be here now.”
In this everchanging world, one of our greatest challenges is being present and in the moment. Whether we are distracted by our phones or TV or just in general we aseem as a society to be more and more out of touch with what is happening around us in this current moment and time. In today’s quote Ram Daas reminds us that our presence is requested in just three simple words: be here now. They are simple words, but the meaning behind them are so demanding, let alone commanding. Time is of the essence and we need to recognize this. Recognize those around us at home, at work. Enjoy the moments that make up your day and those that contribute to the day. Be aware and celebrate the life you have here and now before it passes you by.
What does this quote mean to you and how can you apply today’s message towards improving your self awareness?
