A Clear Sense of Purpose

“A clear sense of purpose of cause ignites passion.”

-Simon Sinek

There are times when our so called spark is lacking. The motivation just isn’t there. Is it due to burnout or being overly stressed? Or perhaps the thing that gave you that spark no longer interests you? Author, speaker and podcaster Simon Sinek reminds us in today’s quote that what causes that spark, what makes it ignite that certain passion from within is having a clear sense of purpose. Your purpose is your why. The question is are you aware of what it is or do you need to do some soul searching as over time it may have changed. You can’t have one without the other. Just remember that in order to have yourself moving in the right direction you need to have that one thing that will jump start your engine so to speak. Purpose equals passion.

What does this quote mean to you and how can you apply today’s message towards improving your self awareness?
