Our planet has become very needy as of late. And with good cause. Between the never ends wars, constant political strife and/or starving countries we are in need of a desparate makeover. Will this happen thanks in part to those that are considered successful? As today’s quote mentions, our planet doesn’t need more successful people. Besides what or whom deems one as being successful? What is the criteria? There really isn’t any except what we ourselves deem it to be.
As today’s quote further mentions, we are in need of more peacemakers. People who seek to work out their differences to reach a compromise for the greater good. We need healers. Ones that look to make the lives of others better not just physically but socially and emotionally. We need those that can restore the love and empathy within our society while instilling it within our youth which is so desparately needed. The storytellers can tell tomorrow’s generation of this time in which only peace, love and hope resided. This love would be for all kinds of people and not be limited, but rather limitless.
Our planet can achieve all of us but it can only be done if we all commit to doing this work together. We need to before it is too late.
