Our One True Job

It’s our job to encourage each other to discover that uniqueness and to provide ways of developing its expression.”

We hold many jobs in our lives: the one we have outside the home and the one within it. Both are equally important and it necessary that we put forth our efforts to pay equal attention to both. We need to ensure we are doing all that we can to continually improve and grow. According to American television host Fred Rogers known being Mister Rogers our number one job is to recognize our own power of influence we have on others by letting them know how special and unique they are.
We must help to foster within them this while encouraging them to develop that own self awareness in themselves of this talent. Our actions are greater than our words and we to guide them to discover all of the special attributes thy possess and give them opportunities to let those talents flourish so that others may benefit from their greatness. Let’s make sure we put forth every effort possible towards making this one of our most important jobs we hold near and dear to our hearts: serving one another in helping them tap into their greatness that lies just below the surface of each and everyone one of us.
