Let Us Show Up and Be Seen

“We all want to show up and be seen in our lives. This means we will all struggle and fall; we will know what it means to be both brave and brokenhearted.”

Brene’ Brown

I’ve got a challenge for you. One that is also for me as well. It is for us to be willing to endure both struggle and potential stumbles along the way. It is us willing to be vulnerable by being both brave as well as brokenhearted. Author, speaker and podcaster Brene’ Brown mentions all of this in today’s quote as this all becomes necessary in order for us to truly show up and be present in our lives as well as being seen. We face the good times along with the bad. Happiness and sorrow. There is no easy road to take. Life is full of big moments if we choose to recognize what is right before us. It’s lessons will teach us much if we embrace the hardships along the way. Make sure to be in the moment and not let the moment pass you by.

What does this quote mean to you and how can you apply today’s message towards improving your self awareness?
