It’s All About You
“You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself in any directions you choose. You’re on your own. And you know what you know. You are the one who’ll decide where to go.”
We have so much that is going for us and often times we don’t even realize it in the moment or as it is happening. We have the capability to choose our own destiny, to become who we wish to be now and in the future. Everything we hope for, everything we dream for is already lying there before us. In today’s quote Dr. Seuss points this out that we hold all of the cards towards living our best life. We may live our lives on our own and choose what path to go on. That is what makes this life so beautiful. When we come to terms with becoming more self aware we also truly understand who we are and in essence decide what our true purpose is. Most times things are not always about you but in this instance is all about you and figuring out who you are. My path may be different from yours but our journey towards discovering our true selves is one and the same. The sooner we realize this the better our lives will be.
What does this quote mean to you and how can you apply today’s message towards improving your self awareness?
