Our Moral Compass: Lessen Your Control

“To manage your mind, know that there is nothing, and then relinquish all attachment to the nothingness.”

-The Hua Hu Ching

In the manuscript The Hua Hu Ching it encourages us that in order for us to truly manage our mind we need to learn to let go of things that really are not important and that hold not true value or meaning. We all have the tendency to focus on things that we cannot control and often times it is on things that at the end of the day are really not that importance. In essence it is that nothing that this manuscript is referring to. Don’t give into and get trapped by this thinking and focus on things that are truly meaningful and are that certain something we are all looking for that really will be a difference maker in our life and the lives of others.

What does this quote mean to you and how can you apply today’s message towards managing yourself better?
