Our Moral Compass: What Defines The Quality Of Life

“The quality of your life is the quality of your relationships. “

-Tony Robbins

When you look back on your life would you say that you lived life to the fullest? In other words has it be a quality life? Quality is measured by excellence and despite what some may think, excellence is never acquired alone. It requires having solid relationships that have been built and have withstood the test of time. If we do not take the time to foster and nurture our relationships with others, what then is our true purpose in this world? The relationships we have become our legacy I believe and shows the type of impact and influence we have had on others. It should be a positive one as a matter of fact so that others benefit from having known you, learn from you and pay it forward to the rest of their relationships. These relationships are not just limited to friends but family like your spouse or children. We must put forth the time and effort to be present in our relationships with the expectation that they are present for us. Life is truly what we make of it and it is up to us to bring out the quality of it through our relationships.
