In life we know that the struggle is real. Co-Founder of the Energy Bus for Schools Leadership Journey Niki Spears reminds to remember our own BUS story: The Beauty Under the Struggle. Life is not easy. Wat we want out of life we must put forth the effort to achieve it. The beauty she is referring to are the ways in which that struggle brings out our inner strength; in essence our best self. We push our own limits to get what we want. The struggles we endure do not happen alone but with the support and love of others.
Optimism should be at the forefront of our struggle in saying that we shall overcome any obstacle that stands in our way. We should not compare ourselves to what others are achieving as it is only what we see through and actually accomplish that truly should matter to us. It is important to keep an open mind and believe that anything is possible. It is important that we stay committed and focused on the task at hand and never ever quit no matter how things may be going. Stay the course. Remember that the beauty of the struggle is in the strength of our will and our heart.
