“Culture effects output. Great culture, great results. Poor culture, poor results. Culture matters.”
-Jim Van Allan
Culture matters. That essentially is the message speaker and trainer Jim Van Allan portrays in today’s quote. Promoting a positive culture can make the output within any organization essential and great results are bound to come of it. However if it is a negative culture that same output will allow an organization to tank. So in order for a positive culture to exist there are certain characteristics that must be in place in order for success to soon follow. Good communication by providing frequent feedback is crucial and needs to courteous and clear. There needs to be opportunities for people within the organization to grow while also fostering a culture of collaboration. This creates an unbreakable bond that can withstand the test of time. The greatest characteristic is that of a culture that breeds a strong purpose and a solid set of core values. When an organization’s why is apparent its potential to encounter future success is inevitable.
