In today’s quote Author Remez Sasson reminds us that we are the ones who can control our thoughts and our actions in times of great stress. He refers to these as the winds of our mind which will then bring forth inner peace. Our mind can be our greatest strength or our biggest limitation. We decide which it will be.

The thing is we are truly in control of the hand we are dealt. If we mishandle those winds as Sasson refers to they can take over leading to us make poor judgement decisions. Peace truly begins with us and our way of thinking. That inner calm is what steers our psyche in the direction to becoming our best selves.

Lets make sure that calmness overcomes those stressful situations in our lives. The winds of our mind will thank us for it.
