How mindful are you? Do you take the time to acknowledge and accept your thoughts, feelings and emotions? Monk Bhante Henepola Gunaratana reminds us in today’s quote the benefits of mindfulness. Mindfulness gives us time. Time to be one with ourselves and allows us to think with a clear mind and give us greater perspective on things. In doing so we are able to see clearly the choice or choices we must make. This provides us the freedom to make a choice for the betterment of not only ourselves but for others as well. Make sure you use mindfulness to your advantage.
