“To be innovative, we can’t look to what others have done. The whole idea of blazing a path is that there was no path there before.”
-Simon Sinek
If it’s to be, it’s up to me. This statement is one that totally supports Simon Sinek’s quote for today. We cannot focus on what others are doing or have done as it really has no impact on what we ourselves do. I believe each of us can become a trailblazer in whatever our passion in life truly is. We can become that trendsetter because our path is only created in due part to our own hard work and efforts. It is being that visionary that sees that road when there isn’t one there before us.
Creativity and/or being innovative lives within each of us if we look hard enough and tap into those specific areas on a deeper level. We have our own moral compass to guide us in creating that pathway towards a better tomorrow.
What does this quote mean to you and how can you apply today’s message towards defining/refining your own moral compass?
