We always talk about how important relationships are with others: establishing and maintaining them. We know that love can be a powerful and useful tool in this process. However, as Lucille Ball points out in today’s quote the person we must love first and foremost is ourselves. As she says this is what sets us up with everything else that will happen to us in this world.
If it it is to be, it begins with me. This beginning of loving ourselves and having that positive relationship with ourselves, can and will make anything else in life possible. You matter and please never forget that.
