Mental performance coach and speaker Lauren Johnson reminds us that just like we are intentional with how we design our home we must be intentional with what makes up our mental space. Like our own home, our minds can only hold so much before it becomes cluttered and ultimately fails as to function the way it should as a result of it. The challenge is how to declutter our mind to free up that mental space.
