Everyone Is A Teacher

Whether you realize it or not we are all teachers. Unless you are going into the field of education you don’t need a degree to be that. If you are a parent, co worker, sibling, etc then you are a teacher. In today’s quote Eric Allen emphasizes this as he explains how teachers are found throughout each experience and each person we encounter. We can seek them out or they come to us when we least expect it. Observing others is something that really allows you to embrace what that person is doing that makes them them. And this goes the other way too. People are observing us and our actions as well. I look at each moment as a teachable moment because there are eyes always watching.
Through it all we need to take some time to reflect and remember to thank all those that have impacted our lives thus far and have taught us things along the way. And that doesn’t mean that they are are always positive but we do learn from the negative ones too and what to possibly avoid doing. We are always learning and it is through the relationships that we have with others that can provide us with our greatest lessons.
