The Most Powerful Relationship We Could Ever Have

“Give yourself the same care and attention that you give to others and watch yourself bloom.”

-Author Unknown

We are always told how powerful relationships can be. Relationships with our co workers, friends and family. We are told of effective ways and methods on how to foster and nurture them. However the one thing we can never forget above everything else as it pertains to relationships: our relationship with ourselves is by far the most powerful one we could ever have.

Today’s quote serves as a reminder that how we treat others and look out for their own well being, we must do the same when it comes to us. We must remember to give ourselves that same care, love and attention that we give to others. If we don’t take care of our own well being then how can we take care of others? Take time to read. Take time to go for a walk or even listen to music. Do what makes you happy. Your relationship with yourself depends on it.

What does this quote mean to you and how can you apply today’s message towards developing your relationship skills?
