“Don’t be pushed by your problems. Be led by your dreams.”
-Ralph Waldo Emerson
Often times on our way towards becoming who we were meant to be we get derailed due to the problems we are faced with. These problems have the tendency to push us in a direction away from where we want to go. In today’s quote Ralph Waldo Emerson reminds us that we need to be led by our dreams and not pushed by our problems.
I believe our dreams are the solutions to our problems and if we choose to focus on the right things, the positive things, and what life has to offer, then we can truly find happiness. Dreams show us what is possible while problems have the tendency to throw us off course. It is important that we rely on what our moral compass encourages us to do; to choose the pathway we are destined for.
